Who Are We?

Accommodation facilities are currently available in Essex and London. Besides providing opportunities for youth to live in shared accommodation, we also offer solo training flats to prepare them for independence. We offer 24-hour support and 1:1 and 2:1 care packages to young people needing extra assistance because of their challenging behaviour and gang affiliation.

As part of our efforts to help care leavers and those who are looked after, we offer counselling and a variety of therapies to support them in overcoming difficulties and developing self-confidence. After our young people turn 18, we continue to guide and support them. Those who have received our services continue to receive support and counselling.

In addition to following our young people’s progress through adulthood, our team will always be there to lend a shoulder to lean on for life’s challenges when they arise. The organization mainly supports and helps young people in their transition from care to independence or young people who are leaving care. The semi-independent accommodation we provide is ideal for those who will need support after reaching independence but are not yet ready to go it alone.

Care leavers or youth who are in care who are in the process of transitioning to independence require indispensable services. A key factor in our success is our ability to respond to the individual needs of each of our students. Our research shows that young people under the care of local authorities who are trying to develop life skills and become independent are faced with limited access to services including housing, education, and employment that can help them move towards independent living. This is where we fill the gap in provision by providing semi-independent housing and support.

Care leavers and young people who are looked after receive shared living experiences and are assigned a key worker who provides specific support tailored to each young person’s needs. Providing youth with key work and therapeutic support packages that are flexible and personalised is our means to help them reach their potential. Developing the life skills necessary to find a permanent home and obtain employment is one of the ways we support young people.
